Unfortunately, Dioréa is unable to cover, reimburse, or dispute these charges on behalf of the customer once they are issued by customs authorities.

In some cases, orders may experience delays due to customs inspections or clearance procedures. These delays are outside our control and are not included in the estimated delivery timeframe.

Once the parcel is released by customs, we will request priority handling with our logistics partners whenever possible.
